pay by check using our on-line shopping cart by choosing the
"Check" option. Once your order is processed you will receive an
email thanking you for placing your order. Print this
email and mail it with your check or money order to:

Phone - You may call
me with your order. If you are paying by credit card, please
have your credit card number, name on the credit card,
expiration date of the card, billing address of the card ready.

Payment Methods
Finished Dolls -
Mastercard, Visa, Money
Orders, Checks. If paying by check your order will be
shipped after your check clears (5 - 7 business days). If paying by Credit
Card your order will be shipped after your card has been charged.
Other Dolls/Items NOT Specified As Finished Dolls -
Mastercard, Visa, Money
Orders, Checks. When your order is ready for shipping your
credit card will be billed. After the charge is approved
your order will be sent. If paying by check, your check is
due at the time of your order.
Finished Doll Policy
The dolls for sale on the
"Finished Dolls" pages are for sale "as is". The doll you
see is the doll you will get when you purchase it. There
are no exchanges or refunds on these dolls.
Other Dolls/Items NOT Specified As Finished Dolls
Each doll and/or item is
individually handmade by the artist (me). The item you see
in the photo is NOT the exact item you will receive although
your doll and/or item will be made from the same pattern.
Fabrics WILL vary as this is what makes each one unique.
Therefore, the fabric and colors used are at the artist's
discretion. Substitutions will be made where necessary.
Returns
Blackbeary Forest does
not offer returns or exchanges on any items.
All items are packed
carefully and should arrive in an undamaged condition provided
that they are handled properly. Blackbeary Forest is not
responsible for any damage that occurs after we have dropped the
package off for shipping. If you would like insurance
please select a shipping option that includes insurance.
Delivery
Orders are shipped within
4 - 6 weeks. If the order is large or there is a large
work load ahead of your order you will be notified of any
shipping delays. Please remember each doll is handmade by
ONLY me and not mass produced so it takes time to produce
your original dolls.
